Top-producing group of agents’ 2022 combined sales exceeded $180M

These agents include 16 former Realty Austin Agents as well as the #1 Side agent in Austin, realtor Khani Zulu.  This group of agents collectively generated more than $180M in sales transactions in 2022.

The group departing Realty Austin chose to join the recently launched @properties Christie’s luxury brokerage, instead of rebranding as Compass agents after Compass acquired Realty Austin in September. “The Realty Austin agents opted for the new luxury brand that aligns seamlessly with their vision of providing top-notch white glove service to their clients,” added Manzanilla. “Their decision to transition to @Properties Christie’s reflects a commitment to innovation, international reach, and a deep understanding of the ever-evolving luxury real estate market.
